What You’ll Do
- Become a Ford product expert and help customers find the perfect vehicle
- Respond quickly and professionally to all internet leads via email, phone, text, and CRM
- Guide customers from online inquiries to in-store appointments and remote vehicle purchases when necessary
- Proactively follow up with unsold leads and past customers
- Build lasting relationships and a personal pipeline of repeat and referral business
- Self-market through social media, email campaigns, and community outreach to grow your personal brand
- Keep CRM updated with detailed notes, activities, and follow-ups
- Stay sharp with current product knowledge, promotions, and digital selling techniques
- Collaborate with management team to improve lead-to-sale conversion
