Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Lead Software Engineer 2 in Irving, TX.
*Job Role and Responsibility: *
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs. Drive complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact. Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large-scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines. Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors. Assist in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives. Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals. Guide projects and serve as a mentor to new associates. Telecommuting is permitted. Must report in person to the location listed as the work location weekly. Multiple positions available.

*Required Qualifications: *
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or related technical field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related role involving software or application development and engineering experience.
*Specific skills required: *
5 years of experience with the software development lifecycle; experience with one of the following databases: Oracle, MS SQL, Teradata, MongoDB, or DB2.Must possess 5 years of experience with at least 6 of the following technical skills

Experience with JAVA/J2EE;

Experience with RESTful or SOAP web services;

Experience with SAS or SQL;

Experience with Agile methodologies;

Experience with AngularJS, React JS, or Node JS;

Experience with Hibernate;

Experience with Cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, or Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF);

Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools;

Experience with Big Data or Hadoop tools: Spark, Hive, Kafka, or Map;

Experience with Apache Spark design and development using Scala, Java, Python, or Data Frames with RDD;

UI development experience;

Experience with Microservices;

WebLogic or WebSphere experience;

Experience with Apache Tomcat, XML, and HTML5;

Experience with Ab Initio;
-
Experience in building integrations with Google Analytics, Tealium Tag Management, or Oracle Maxymiser Web Optimization platforms;

Experience with Apache Hadoop ecosystem tools; and
-
Experience in Container Orchestration tools: Kubernetes or Docker.
