TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is hiring an experienced Radiologic Technologist – OR to provide high-quality intraoperative imaging support during surgical procedures. Responsibilities

• Operate mobile C-arms and other fluoroscopic equipment to support real-time imaging during surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons and OR staff to ensure optimal imaging angles and patient positioning.
• Adhere to sterile field protocols and maintain a clean, safe OR environment.
• Maintain accurate imaging records in accordance with HIPAA and hospital standards.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report malfunctions as necessary.
• Quickly adapt to various OR protocols and contribute positively to multidisciplinary surgical teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• ARRT certification required (state licensure as applicable).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a radiologic technologist, including OR or surgical imaging experience.
• Proficiency in intraoperative imaging techniques using C-arm fluoroscopy.
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and eagerness to accept travel assignments in diverse clinical environments.
