Full Time Customer Service Rep

Shift: Full - Time
Pay: $11-$15 an hour We are looking for experienced call center representatives with the ability to work 40 hours per week. As a call center customer service rep you will be the voice of leading brands and will speak directly to their customers to service and/offer product and services. - 6 months of previous call center experience and customer service experience
- Data entry, key stroke accuracy
- Ability to multitask and toggle between multiple screens/systems
- Must be able to maintain a permanent full time, 40 hr./wk schedule.
- Must be dependable, reliable, with a strong attention to detail
- High School diploma or GED equivalency
- Confident and capable of upselling
- Ability to connect to High-Speed Internet at your primary residence.
- Able to connect directly to router with Ethernet cable
- Must have a dedicated work space during working hours free of outside noise and distraction
- Minimum network speed of:
- 25 Mbps download speed
- 10 Mbps upload speed
