**HVAC Blueprint Project Coordinator (Estimator / Takeoff Specialist)**

We are currently looking for a Blueprint Project Coordinator (HVAC) to support our team with blueprint reading, takeoffs, estimating, bidding coordination, and communication for residential and commercial projects.

**Responsibilities:**

* Read and interpret HVAC blueprints and mechanical plans
* Perform HVAC takeoffs including:
* RTUs
* Exhaust fans
* Ductwork (rectangular, round, flex)
* Diffusers, grilles, and registers
* Refrigerant piping and condensate drains
* Dampers, hangers, elbows, transitions, and taps
* Prepare accurate material and labor cost estimates
* Submit organized Excel-style estimate breakdowns
* Coordinate revisions and updates with the internal team
* Handle email communication with suppliers and contractors
* Coordinate with bidding personnel and assist in the bidding process

**Requirements:**

* Experience in HVAC estimating and blueprint reading
* Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and components
* Experience in HVAC bidding projects and coordination
* Experience using Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar software
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Good English communication skills, especially for supplier and contractor correspondence
* Experience working on projects in the United States is a strong advantage
