Shipping/Receiving Associate

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to ensure accurate packaging, shipment, and receipt of materials. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining a smooth flow of operations across departments and ensuring quality, safety, and accountability in the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks, ensuring safe handling of materials and components

• Receive, inspect, label, and properly store incoming materials and supplies

• Prepare accurate packing lists, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and shipping documentation

• Pack and ship orders accurately, including labeling and system updates

• Operate a forklift for warehouse functions including inventory movement and truck loading

• Track, trace, and report shipments, working closely with carriers and logistics partners

• Support logistics, warehouse, and quality teams with cross-functional tasks and reporting

• Maintain accountability for materials in and out of a small, busy warehouse environment

Requirements:

• Forklift operation (must pass internal test)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems (E2, network drives, etc.)

• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 30 lbs

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Highly organized, proactive, and reliable with attention to detail

• Experience in shipping, receiving, and quality inspection of materials preferred
