Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Data Lead / SAP MDG Lead (Transformation Programs)

LOCATION: DALLAS, TX

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 10 - 15+ YEARS

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Lead / MDG Lead to drive end-to-end data strategy, governance, and migration in large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs . The ideal candidate will lead business workshops, data design, and governance frameworks , while ensuring successful delivery of ERP implementations across multiple modules .

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Program Leadership & Delivery

• Lead the design, build, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA-enabled business processes

• Drive end-to-end data strategy including data migration, governance, and quality

• Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, timelines, and quality standards

• Manage project planning, resource allocation, and capacity planning

• Track and report project status, risks, and deliverables

🔹 Data Management & Governance

• Define and implement SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) frameworks

• Lead data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation

• Work with master and transactional data structures across SAP modules

• Establish data quality standards and governance processes

🔹 Stakeholder & Workshop Management

• Conduct business workshops (requirements gathering, solution design, blueprinting)

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and process leads

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Build strong relationships with client leadership and cross-functional teams

🔹 Solution Design & Implementation

• Provide industry best-practice solutions aligned with business needs

• Support multi-module ERP implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Procurement, Warehouse)

• Contribute to solution architecture, data modeling, and integration design

• Configure SAP systems as required

🔹 Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead and manage teams of 5-10 members (onshore/offshore)

• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance

• Support proposal development and pre-sales activities

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Data Migration & Data Governance

• Hands-on expertise in SAP MDG implementation

• Deep understanding of:

  • SAP Master & Transactional Data

  • Data Migration Tools & Methodologies

  • Cross-module integration (FI, SD, MM, PP, WM)

• Experience in end-to-end (Greenfield/Transformation) implementations

• Ability to lead business workshops and stakeholder discussions

• Strong knowledge of ERP program delivery and project management

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in proposal development and business case creation

• Knowledge of industry KPIs and S/4HANA value realization

• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models
