YOUR ROLES AS A PART-TIME KIDS CLUB SUPERVISOR:

This part-time schedule offers a great evening work-life balance, focusing primarily on Wednesdays and Fridays, with exciting opportunities for extra hours during our festive holiday and seasonal club events!

As our Kids Club Supervisor at Austin Country Club, you enthusiastically take the lead, providing vital supervision and support to your team of four Kids Club Attendants as you welcome and engage with children ages 4–10. Ensuring a consistently safe, welcoming, and positive environment is your primary focus as you interact with the kids through lively age-appropriate games, creative arts & crafts, and fun movie time. You also effectively manage snack time, diligently maintain cleanliness and order in the play space, and oversee the end-of-shift cleanup, while always communicating clearly and effectively with both your staff and parents when necessary.

Would you excel in this position? Here's what you need:

• Valid Food Handler's Certificate or willingness to obtain
• Experience managing or supervising a small team
• Experience working with children in a recreational, educational, or childcare setting
• A passion for creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for kids
• Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Availability to work on Wednesday and Friday evenings
• Availability to work on holidays and at seasonal club events
