Strategic Partnerships Manager, Global Conferences
Description
This role will be responsible for supporting the Global Conferences partnership with Global Business Sales and Services and Delivery teams at a regional level. You will execute Sales and Service delivery enablement campaigns and communications to ensure Conference opportunities are effectively leveraged by Sales and Services and Delivery to maximize growth and retention of our client base. You will also support collaboration and alignment regarding strategy and execution of Business Unit programs connected to practice portfolios.
What You Will Do:
Build relationships with senior most leaders and key partners across Sales and Service orgs to understand how Gartner Conferences can help drive engagement with clients and prospects
Execute on our Global Conference Enablement Strategy to support timely and relevant sharing of information with sales and service associates as they are often the first point of contact for client/prospect questions regarding conference
Create clear and direct understanding of conference timelines, goals and key details in order to own and drive best practices leading to attendance (building agendas, booking 1:1s, etc.)
Partner with Sales & Service Operations & Comms teams to drive effective, consistent and impactful ways to support associate adoption of conference tools and best practices - including the creation of best practice playbooks, newsletters, etc
Identify and pilot the most effective communication forms for internal conference campaigns and information sharing
Support tracking and execution of regional conference briefings, leader prep calls and any enablement cadences that arise (cross-functional leadership connects, onsite experience briefings, etc.) including project management of deck builds
Support regional execution of Business unit initiatives while driving alignment with global program strategies and Conference objectives
Collaborate closely with internal Conference Operations Delivery Team to support timely and consistent execution of the Conference Delivery Setback Schedule
Identify opportunities for process improvements, tool enhancements and develop innovative solutions that drive efficiency within Gartner Conferences and across Sales/Service teams
Key stakeholders include all teams in Global Conferences, GBS Sales & Sales Operations, Global Services and Delivery, and GSSO. Primary external relationships are directly with conference attendees
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years business experience
Proficiency in executing cross-functional initiatives
Strong executive presence and client-focus
Strategic leader with ability to communicate, collaborate & motivate excellent implementation
Solution-oriented strategic thinker - self-motivated & collaborative
High sense of urgency, ability to work at a fast pace
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and leverage collaborative relationships
Strong project management skills, including deadline management
Exceptional problem-solving capability
Fully competent in Microsoft office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Passionate, energetic & enthusiastic
Curious and inquisitive
Event Planning experience not needed

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 70,000 USD - 104,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
