Full Stack Engineer
Hybrid 50% on site in Westlake, TX - our client is seeking LOCAL talent.
Our client seeks a Full Stack Engineer to help modernize and build cloud-native experiences that support a vast array of technology products. You will contribute across the stack using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Node while integrating with REST services and AWS. You will support quality through DevSecOps practices, automation, and testing at multiple levels. Your work will improve an application used by millions of customers. In this role, you will be a hands‑on engineer responsible for designing, building, and modernizing cloud‑native, scalable applications. You’ll play a key role in delivering end‑to‑end solutions while contributing to overall delivery accountability for the engineering team.

Rate: $54.00 to $57.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:- Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Node, and JavaScript.
- Integrate with RESTful services and microservices architectures.
- Implement DevSecOps practices with CI/CD pipelines and comprehensive automated testing.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full‑stack applications
- Build and integrate RESTful services using Java/Spring Boot and Node.js
- Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using Angular
- Work within microservices‑based architectures
- Contribute to DevSecOps pipelines including CI/CD and automated testing
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions
- Support application modernization and cloud adoption initiatives
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance across environments
- Provide automation solutions to support diverse data scenarios.
- Collaborate within a high-performing engineering team and be accountable for deliverables.
Full-stack development with Java, Tomcat, Spring Boot, Angular, Node, and JavaScript (role requires 5+ years designing and building large-scale applications, with knowledge of microservices and micro-architectures in the areas below:
- Angular & Node.js (frontend and backend development)
- Java with Spring Boot
- AWS (certifications and hands‑on experience preferred)
- RESTful service integration and Service‑Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Experience with microservices architectures
- CI/CD pipelines and automated testing (unit, component, functional, performance, security)
- Oracle databases and PL/SQL
- Mocking frameworks and service virtualization
- Strong hands‑on experience designing and building large‑scale applications
- Proven experience delivering production‑ready, enterprise‑grade solutions
- Strong background in cloud‑native application development
- Experience providing automation solutions to support multiple data scenarios
