HR Associate
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in a professional services firm, particularly accounting or finance, is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for both professional and administrative roles across the firm
- Partner with department heads to define role requirements and develop job descriptions
- Post jobs to internal and external job boards, professional networks, and university portals
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring teams
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
- Develop relationships with colleges, universities, and accounting organizations for campus recruiting and internship programs
- Assist with employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire documentation, orientation, and system setup
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries as needed
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
