Sales Counselor
Responsibilities include:
Receiving walk-in traffic and collecting visitors’ information
Keeping the model clean and well-maintained
Organizing marketing collateral Initiating processes to ensure perfect community appearance
Requirements include 1-2 years of sales experience (does not need to be New Home Sales)
Excellent customer service skills a must
Ability to work across departments including Marketing, Purchasing, and Construction to help get problems solved
Quick learner with exceptional listening skills
High school diploma
