Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team in PLANO AND neighboring cities in Texas . The ideal candidates will have experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans.
Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities
- Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes or community settings as needed
