Overview
Hays Electrical Services is seeking a Marketing & Recruiting Intern to support high-volume hiring through social media, job boards, and content creation. This is a recruiting-focused marketing role that plays a key part in attracting and engaging candidates across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while supporting ongoing recruiting efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support high-volume recruiting through active candidate sourcing
- Manage and update job postings in JazzHR or other ATS experience
- Source candidates using:
- Facebook/Instagram
- Indeed
- Other job boards and social platforms as needed
- Create and post recruiting-related content aligned with the company’s employer brand
- Monitor inbound applicants and candidate messages
- Assist recruiters with candidate outreach and pipeline management
- Track sourcing activity and maintain organized records
- Interest in marketing, recruiting, communications, or human resources
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms used for recruiting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Spanish language skills (spoken and/or written) a plus
- Experience or coursework in marketing, communications, HR, or recruiting
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably JazzHR
- Basic content creation skills for recruiting posts
- Consistent candidate flow across open roles
- Timely and accurate job postings
- Active engagement with candidates on social platforms
- Reliable follow-through on sourcing and recruiting tasks
- Established, growing company with ongoing hiring needs
- Hands-on experience in recruiting marketing and sourcing
