What would you do as a Fast Track Store Manager

As a Full-Time Fast Track Store Manager at Affordable Home Furnishings, you will have a dynamic role focused on learning our processes and enhancing sales and customer service. Your responsibilities will include mastering all the basics of our business and eventually overseeing collections and sales. Every day you will be helping with setting up captivating showroom displays that attract customers and drive furniture sales. In addition to learning our inventory control policies, you will learn to supervise a dedicated staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver excellent service and meet sales targets. Your leadership will foster an energetic environment where the team can engage with customers effectively, ultimately enhancing their experience as they explore our rent-to-own options and quality appliances. What we're looking for in a Fast Track Store Manager

Ability to relocate for opportunity once trained

To succeed as a Full-Time Fast Track Store Manager at Affordable Home Furnishings, you must possess a strong blend of skills and experience tailored for the retail environment. Previous retail management and sales experience are crucial, as you will lead the team in achieving ambitious sales goals while ensuring effective collections processes. Familiarity with Rent To Own management practices will give you an edge as you guide customer accounts and foster positive relationships. Exceptional negotiation skills and the initiative to take on challenges will help you navigate and diffuse difficult situations with customers. Your ability to exceed customer expectations will contribute significantly to the overall customer service experience.

Additionally, physical stamina is essential, as you will handle heavy lifting tasks, including loading and unloading freight trucks in the warehouse and assist in delivery and pick up tasks in customer's homes.
