CST for scrub tech RN license for nurses Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. CNOR for nurses List typical procedures performed on unit(s): CABG, AVR, MVR, Aortic replacements, Vascular procedures, Heart transplants Best personality Fit: HCA cuture REQUIRED , BLS Floating Area(s): Spine OR Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Provided for OR staff Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Protocol for on call is 45 minutes response time measured from phone call to clocking into the unit. Weekends and On call(if any) Weekends and nights covered by call shifts. No. of Positions: 1/1.
