As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue, building lasting customer relationships, and delivering solutions that meet our customers’ needs. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment, value accountability, and are motivated by clear goals and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers Identify customer needs and provide project-specific quotes and solutions including finance options
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication with internal operational and support teams
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and deliver outstanding service

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Report

• Base draw plus Commission (uncapped earning potential)
