Job Details – CT / Rad Tech Travel Assignment

• Assignment Type: Locum tenens (Travel healthcare contract)
• Location: Mansfield, Texas (76063) – Dallas-Fort Worth metro area
• Healthcare Setting: Cath Lab
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 9/15/2025 – End: 12/15/2025)
• Shift: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts per week (06:30 – 17:00)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2620-$2690
• On Call: Required (call rotation every 6 weeks)
• Holiday Coverage: Required (no RTO for holidays)
• Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics
• Unit Census: Average 12 patients per day, 3 procedure rooms

Qualifications – CT / Radiologic Technologist

• Minimum 2 years of recent CT Technologist or Radiologic Technologist experience
• Prior travel healthcare job experience required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT-R or RCIS (Texas state license required for ARRT-R, not RCIS)
• Flu Vaccine: Required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Previous charge tech experience preferred
• Military certifications accepted; AHA preferred

Key Responsibilities – CT / Rad Tech

• Perform diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures in the Cath/IR/EP Lab
• Scrub and circulate during procedures, maintaining sterile technique
• Operate and set up specialized imaging equipment (Siemens, Rapid Response systems, etc.)
• Assist with angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, pacemaker insertion, and other vascular procedures
• Interpret dysrhythmias and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias
• Prep access sites and manage central venous access
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (IV, Respiratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, etc.)
• Participate in on-call rotation and holiday coverage as scheduled
• Complete required training modules and orientation (average 20 hours)
