Location: Buda, TX
Start Date: 2/1/25
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time (flexible based on availability and fit)

Lawn Doctor is looking for motivated individuals who take pride in providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services. As a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll be a key representative of our brand, delivering environmentally responsible lawn treatments, aeration, and pest control services—with no mowing required .

This position is ideal for someone looking for part-time work , with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person.

What You’ll Do:

• Apply high-quality lawn care treatments using industry-leading products.

• Identify and recommend services to customers and prospects while in the field.

• Maintain and operate lawn care equipment.

• Assist with shop work as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and reliability.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.

• Mechanical aptitude and experience operating machinery.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to meet production goals.

• Must pass a drug test and background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience.

• Small engine repair or mechanical skills.

• Education or experience in agriculture, agronomy, business, horticulture, or turf management.
