We are looking for a driven and curious Project Commercial Manager in Houston, TX, to support our Program Management Team.
As a key member of our EPCM Life Sciences Team, you’ll lead the project commercial function, ensuring the financial health and operational performance of the program. You’ll be responsible for project financial reviews, revenue and margin performance, funding management, invoicing, cash collection, and commercial reporting. Working closely with the Project Controls Manager and Project Procurement Manager, you’ll oversee subcontractor and vendor payment processes, client invoicing, operational project reviews, and key financial performance metrics to support successful project delivery and business outcomes.

Here's what you'll need
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
• At least 15+ years of EPC/EPCM project delivery, commercial management, project controls, or project financial management experience.
• Experience with project financial reporting, forecasting, revenue recognition, margin analysis, and cash flow management.
• Experience coordinating with project management, project controls, procurement, accounting, and operations teams.
• Experience with invoicing, funding management, collections, risk management, and executive project reporting.
Ideally you'll also have:
• Experience supporting large, complex EPC/EPCM capital projects and programs.
• Previous pharmaceutical, life sciences, or process industry experience.
• Full EPC/EPCM project lifecycle experience and executive-level reporting experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work and thrive in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• A drive to solve complex and challenging problems

155,600.00

The base salary range for this position is $155,600.00 to $250,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
