Job Overview
Home Health and Provider Services agency in Hidalgo County looking for a full-time HR clerk. Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Office is located in McAllen, TX.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordination of the Human Resources functions, including recruitment, initial applicant screening, interviewing, reference checks, administering required examinations, license verification and criminal history checks for applicants and new employees.
- Maintenance of personnel files and ensuring each file is kept up to date.
- Assist in the orientation process to include completion of required HR documents, employee education, and personnel policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
