HVAC Install Helper

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with the installation of HVAC systems, including equipment placement, ductwork preparation, wiring, and cleanup.
• Organize materials, tools, and equipment to ensure jobsite readiness before and during installation activities.
• Follow all safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe material handling practices.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free jobsites throughout the installation process.
• Load and unload installation materials, ensuring all necessary items are available and accounted for.
• Support the removal of old equipment and assist with the installation of new systems as directed by the lead installer.
• Promptly communicate any obstacles, delays, or safety concerns to the lead installer.
• Protect customer property by using floor protection and maintaining a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• Ensure all tools, vehicles, and materials are returned to their designated storage locations and remain ready for use.
• Follow company installation standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable code requirements as instructed.
