About the role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) / HR Manager will serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to leaders within the  Solutions Integration Center (SIC) , supporting a dynamic, high-volume, and fast-paced technology integration and configuration environment. This role will partner closely with SIC leadership to drive talent strategies, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies.

What we’re looking for

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with both hourly and salaried employees. 

• Knowledge of Texas employment law and manufacturing/warehouse HR best practices. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 

• Proficiency with HRIS (Success factorw preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools.
