Your New Role

As a Regional Relationship Manager, you’ll serve as the main point of contact between Belmont Roofing Solutions and its partnered retail store locations. You’ll be responsible for training store staff, keeping them informed about Belmont’s services, and helping generate qualified customer leads.

Location: Austin–San Antonio Corridor, TX (including Austin and San Antonio; regional travel to assigned store locations required)

What You’ll Do

• Visit retail stores throughout the Austin–San Antonio corridor to provide training and support

• Teach store associates how to speak confidently about Belmont’s roofing products and services

• Develop strong working relationships with store teams and management

• Share materials, updates, and answer questions during scheduled visits

• Report on training progress, store engagement, and customer interest

• Communicate regularly with Belmont’s leadership team to stay aligned on messaging

• Represent Belmont Roofing Solutions with professionalism and a customer-first attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in sales, training, retail, or roofing is helpful but not required

• Comfortable leading small groups or one-on-one training sessions

• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

• Willing to travel to retail locations within the Austin–San Antonio corridor
