TMC Staffing is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Bilingual Staffing Assistant to join our growing staffing agency. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This position supports onboarding, employee relations, and daily office operations while providing exceptional service to both clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and screen applicants for a variety of positions.
• Conduct new hire orientation and complete onboarding paperwork.
• Verify employment eligibility and ensure all hiring documentation is complete.
• Communicate with applicants and employees in both English and Spanish.
• Answer phones, greet walk-in applicants, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring events.
• Maintain accurate employee records and applicant tracking systems.
• Assist with employee attendance, scheduling, and assignment updates.
• Respond to employee questions regarding assignments, payroll, and company policies.
• Build relationships with clients and assist with staffing requests.
• Support recruiting initiatives through job boards, social media, and community outreach.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, customer service, or office administration preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
