Legal Administrator responsibilities include preparing and editing documents, and collecting signatures. You will work closely with the Enverus sales team to help engage with Enverus customers and assist the customer contracting process. Ultimately, you will work with various Enverus employees, customers, and vendors while helping the Enverus legal team do their duties as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Enverus legal team on their primary duties
• Drafting, editing, and reviewing Enverus customer contracts and other legal documents
• Respond to requests from Enverus team members

• Experience or interest in law, logic, grammar, philosophy, and justice
• Aptitude for reading, organizing, analyzing, editing, and filing
• Critical thinking
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable using online applications like Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
