CRNA job opening in Weatherford TX
- Provide and manage anesthesia autonomously for a variety of surgical and procedural cases as listed above.
- Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
- Administer and monitor anesthesia safely and effectively, ensuring patient comfort and stability throughout procedures.
- Manage patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
- Adhere to all facility protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Work independently and efficiently within a fast-paced surgical environment.
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons and other surgical team members while maintaining autonomous practice. Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia.
- Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Valid and unrestricted Texas RN license (or eligible for licensure).
- Proven ability to practice autonomously and manage a diverse range of cases independently.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in providing anesthesia for the listed surgical specialties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- The group is offering $350,000 for full-time autonomous CRNA positions, commensurate with experience (details provided upon inquiry).
