Full Time Customer Experience Receptionist

Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls, providing first-call resolution when possible.
- Greet and guide visitors, acting as the main point of contact for contractors.
- Maintain the front desk area and oversee facilities cleanliness and inventory.
- Open and close the facility following security protocols.
- Assist with office supplies and perform clerical duties (photocopying, filing, etc.).
- Plan events for both in office, Contractors and remote staff
- Distribute web leads to the sales team.
- Provide top-notch customer service with a focus on problem-solving.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible availability based on business needs
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
- Pay Rate $18-20 per hour
