About the role

Supv Operations to provides immediate supervision, assign tasks, maintain schedules, and verify the quality of technical service delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring that Insight's onsite and field service personnel meet and exceed client expectations, while providing day-to-day supervision for the team's administrative functions.

Along the way, you will get to:

• Coordinate personnel and processes within the operations area.
• Manage daily activities, assess the efficiency, and implement changes as necessary.
• Develop business practices to address the needs of Service Delivery, including efficient planning, forecasting, and resource management.
• Build and maintain relationships with all departments for effective communication and collaboration.
• Work closely with Service Management to deliver an integrated solution adhering to industry best practices.
• Provide support for both internal and external customers, monitoring activities to maintain highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage and report Accounts Receivable issues with Sales Team.
• Analyze revenue, cost, and trends while supporting the Service Delivery Management Team.
• Forecast revenue and costs by Branch and Regional Geographies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
