Senior Electrical Superintendent – Commercial & Mission Critical Construction
Location: (Project-Based -Traveling) Texas

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale commercial and mission-critical electrical construction projects. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving project execution, supervising field teams, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring successful project delivery from startup through completion.
This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on field leader who enjoys managing large crews, collaborating with project leadership, and building technically challenging projects while advancing their career within a rapidly growing organization.
What You'll Do:
- Lead all daily electrical field operations from project startup through closeout.
- Supervise and coordinate Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, and subcontractors.
- Develop manpower plans and allocate labor resources to maximize productivity.
- Partner closely with Project Managers to maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestones.
- Coordinate work with general contractors, owners, engineers, and other trade partners.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
- Ensure installations meet contract documents, NEC requirements, project specifications, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of electrical construction experience with increasing field leadership responsibilities.
- Proven Superintendent experience leading large commercial electrical construction projects.
- Experience with mission-critical, data center, healthcare, industrial, hospitality, multifamily, education, or other large commercial projects is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, installation methods, NEC requirements, and construction sequencing.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary: $130,000-170,000+ DOE
