What you will do -
We have an opportunity for an Associate Litigation Attorney with litigation experience who is interested in joining our Warranty Defense team in our Austin, TX location!
You’ll be a vital member of our team, with hands-on responsibility for day-to-day case development—including handling depositions, engaging directly with clients, collaborating with technical experts, managing critical discovery tasks , writing and arguing motions, managing critical discovery tasks, and working with partners through trial . You’ll also play a key role in supporting partners on strategic litigation planning, all the way through trial preparation and execution.

Requirements
Who you are –
Basic Qualifications:
- JD from accredited law school
- Active Texas Bar admission
- 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in product liability or insurance defense.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Product Liability defense litigation
- Understanding of current state and federal procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Desire to work closely with others in a team-oriented environment
