Quality Control Specialist
We’re hiring a Quality Control Specialist to help ensure accuracy and consistency across all printed and inserted materials. If you have a sharp eye for detail, enjoy paperwork and process tracking, and know your way around direct mail production—we want to talk to you!
- Shift- 3rd Shift 10pm-6am
- Pay-$18hr
What You’ll Do:
- Review printed materials and inserted mail for accuracy
- Set up job paperwork for 150–250 daily projects
- Perform quality checks during each stage of production
- Track and complete job orders according to client specs
- Generate daily reports and log completed work
- Ensure accuracy in all documentation and mailing processes
What You’ll Need:
- 6+ months in a quality-focused or print/mail production environment
- Experience in Direct Mail required
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Great communication skills and attention to detail
- Familiar with ISO 9001, Lean/Six Sigma, and postal regulations (preferred)
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
