Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Boutique Manager to lead our retail team and drive the success of our boutique. As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and fostering a positive work environment.

Duties

• Supervise and manage all aspects of boutique operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and ensure high levels of customer service.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and drive sales growth.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records in compliance with company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and manage product displays to optimize sales opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building lasting relationships with clients.
• Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining a focus on achieving store objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or retail management is essential.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Experience in recruiting and interviewing candidates for retail positions is preferred.
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
• A keen interest in fashion trends and the ability to market products effectively.
