Contract Opportunity | Full-Time | On-Site

Protouch Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Associate Generalist to support a large-scale HR transformation initiative in Houston, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working with HR systems, data integrity, job architecture, and organizational projects while applying broad human resources knowledge.

Position Highlights

• Full-Time Contract Assignment (July 20 - October 17, 2026) with possibility of extension

• Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• On-Site Opportunity - Houston, TX 77024

• Business Casual Environment

• Weekly Pay $30/hr

Responsibilities

• Perform Oracle HR system data cleanup and validation activities

• Support job description migration and job architecture projects

• Review and maintain employee and position data for accuracy and consistency

• Validate system-generated skills and competencies

• Map skills to appropriate job profiles and classifications

• Analyze HR data and make informed recommendations regarding job classifications

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and data governance practices

• Collaborate with HR teams to support compensation, benefits, and shared services initiatives

• Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Experience (at least 2yrs currently) in Human Resources, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Generalist functions

• Strong understanding of HR processes, job classifications, and organizational structures

• Experience working with HRIS platforms; Oracle experience preferred

• Ability to interpret and analyze HR-related data

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions
