Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure the cash control is secure and accurate. The Cashier is expected to maintain accurate financial records in the dealership's computer.
• Print documents, reconcile invoices, and receive refunds for the Parts Department.
• Interpret and outline the costs and fees to customers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the invoice.
• Provide excellent customer service while efficiently and professionally receiving phone calls. The Cashier is expected to provide customer satisfaction and escalate complaints to the Parts Manager if necessary.
• Assist with general clerical functions and maintain the cleanliness of the cashier window.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.

Employee Prerequisites:

• Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
• Cash handling and payment reconciliation experience is preferred. Pay based on experience.
• Ability to comprehend and execute written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer and mathematics skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are necessary to calculate invoices.
