Technician II responsible for the precise assembly and wiring of electrical components according to
engineering schematics, wiring diagrams, and industry standards. This position focuses on building high-quality, compliant control panels that ensure functionality and meet strict quality standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Assemble and wire control panels precisely according to electrical schematics, wiring diagrams,
and design specifications.
 Route, bundle, and label wiring clearly, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional
appearance.
 Select and install appropriate wiring, connectors, terminal blocks, and components.
 Verify and inspect wiring continuity, correctness, and neatness.
 Troubleshoot wiring issues or discrepancies proactively and document modifications clearly.
 Maintain adherence to NEC, UL508A, and OSHA safety standards during wiring activities.
 Promote safety by adhering to all safety guidelines, using proper PPE, keeping your workspace
clean, and actively participating in safety discussions.
SKILLS REQUIRED
 Strong ability to interpret and work from electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
 Proficiency electrical wiring methods, including proper wire sizing, stripping, labeling, and
terminating techniques.
 Skilled in the use of hand tools, wire crimpers, cutters, and strippers.
 Excellent attention to detail ensuring accuracy and visual quality

QUALIFICATIONS
 Prior experience in assembling / wiring industrial control panels, PLC panels, and motor control
panels.
 Familiarity with UL508A control panel standards.

 Exposure to quality control practices in control panel work.
 Must be self-motivated and can work well with others
 Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
 Ability to perform heavy lifting/pushing/pulling of material weighing 50 pounds
 Ability to squat, crawl, and work in confined spaces
 Minimum age 18+
 Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization
