Front Desk Receptionist
- Great people skills and phone etiquette. They are the first impression.
- Filing /scanning lease documents and various other documents.
- ALL work orders. They will get to know 100's of vendors over time. We have our own in-house system for this, but it takes excellent follow through.
- Good follow through and follow-up via email and phone on outstanding issues.
- Willingness to work and learn.
- Will be making large remote bank deposits.
- Email monthly invoices.
- Familiar with QuickBooks would be wonderful, if not it can be taught. The same goes for Excel.
M-F, 8am-5pm, $20-24 varies on experience
