  • Documentation & Communication: Prepare engineering files for virtual data rooms and act as the point of contact for agented deals. Lead technical assessments for new prospects, presenting critical risks and findings to the engineering and energy teams. Collaborate with relationship managers, portfolio managers, hedge desk, and analysts to assess asset value, risk, and potential upside for borrowers and prospects.
  • Portfolio Management & Stress Testing: Assist with periodic portfolio and stress testing, addressing engineering questions from internal partners, regulators, and participant banks. Lead stress test and sensitivity reports, effectively communicating any areas of concern or risk to upper management.
  • Continuous Improvement & Industry Engagement: Drive workflow improvements and continuous iterations to add value for the engineering and energy teams. Stay current on industry trends, regulatory developments, and commodity price dynamics. Manage communication with engineering software providers, oversee demos of new products, and stay updated with industry news and technology by attending conferences, webinars, and other educational events. Mentor team members and be a resource for bankers and upper management. Network with clients, bank engineers, and industry professionals to excel in the role.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering. Professional engineering license, master's degree, or MBA is a plus but not required.
