Job Description

• Process Invoices or Expense Reimbursements in a timely manner
• Follow invoice keying standards consistently
• Validate and enter invoice details accurately
• Ensure proper accounting policies and controls are adhered to
• Escalate exceptions to management

Qualifications

• Basic accounting skills and knowledge
• High attention to detail
• High accuracy rate
• Long attention span
• Ability to work on repetitive workloads
• Ability to work on a close-knit team
• Ability to follow set procedures consistently
• Basic experience with Microsoft Excel required
• Good Communication Skills
• Good Organization Skills
