BCC General Contractor, located in Central Texas is currently recruiting for
an individual experienced in Commercial Construction Management to join our growing company.
Job Description: This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team who is driven and passionate to succeed. We are looking for a leader who is ready to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from conception to completion while contributing to help grow a business that has cultivated an outstanding company culture and reputation.
The Construction Manager Candidate must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the very best results. The ideal candidate will have a team mentality, an analytical mind, and great organizational skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles
- Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
- Familiarity with construction/ project management software along with MS Office
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- A team player with proven leadership abilities
- BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field (not required but will be an advantage)
- Conflict resolution and conflict management experience
- Ability to prepare detailed reports for both internal use and for client presentation
- Experience with fully managing all financial aspects of the project
