Engineering Admin Assistant
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate Responsibilities
- Manage version history and Engineering Change Notices to ensure our production team always has the latest blueprints.
- Keep our internal technical library organized using structured tools.
- Act as the administrative "glue" between R&D, Hardware Engineering, and Product Management.
- Support engineers by organizing and formatting high-level technical documentation.
- Manage the "flow" of technical data and version control forhardware products.
- Ensure our internal engineering library stays organized and up to date.
- Proficiency in MS Office. (Bonus points if you’ve touched CAD, MadCap Flare, or Adobe Creative Suite!)
