As a Construction Inspector, you will oversee the quality and safety of fiber construction projects. The role involves monitoring OSP installations, supervising contractors, and ensuring fiber builds and repairs are completed to the highest standards, helping deliver reliable high-speed connectivity to local communities.

Responsibilities:
- You'll conduct daily audits and inspections of fiber construction sites to ensure compliance with standards, safety, and regulations.
- You'll oversee contractors in the field, ensuring quality, safety, and professionalism.
- You'll maintain detailed inspection reports with notes, photos, and progress tracking.
- You'll identify construction issues and recommend corrective actions, keeping projects on track and within budget.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of OSP construction inspection or similar experience.
- Strong knowledge of aerial/underground fiber installation, splicing, and restoration practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, maps, and specifications.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions and managing multiple projects at once.
