About the Role
Staffmax Staffing & Recruiting is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our client’s administrative operations in Austin, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, working with teams, and keeping office operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Order and manage office supplies
- Support various departments with administrative tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
