Senior Account Executive
Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. seeks a Senior Account Executive to drive growth in clinical and anatomic pathology testing across hospitals, physician groups, and clinics. In this patient-focused, quality-driven sales role, you will lead strategic business development, manage key healthcare accounts, and deliver consultative solutions that support accurate, timely diagnostics. You will collaborate with pathologists, clinicians, and internal teams, leveraging CPL's advanced laboratory technologies and strong reputation. This position offers professional development, stability, and the opportunity to directly impact patient care in a growing healthcare organization.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth for CPL's clinical and anatomic pathology testing services in the healthcare provider market
- Manage and expand relationships with hospitals, physician groups, and clinics to increase test volume and revenue
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with CPL's patient-focused, quality-driven culture
- Conduct consultative sales meetings, present CPL service offerings, and tailor solutions to client needs
- Collaborate with pathologists, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing account support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and risks
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports for leadership
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements within established guidelines
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, CPL policies, and contractual obligations
- Represent CPL at industry events, conferences, and professional meetings
