Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 36 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 9 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - North TX Division.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Critical care experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience: EP and peripheral vascular experience preferred. Ability to monitor procedures in MacLab preferred. More than 5 years of experience preferred.

Unit Details: 3-person team in each room. Patient ratios are 3-person team per patient for caths and 1:1 for TEE/CVNs. Typical procedures include heart caths, PE/DVT thrombectomy, PVS, TEE with CVNs, Lexiscans, EP studies, ablations, and implants.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri. Rotating call, including rotating on-call weekends. 1 summer holiday and 1 winter holiday, including the corresponding weekend.

Floating Requirements: Floats to ED and ICU.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
