This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to shape the future of digital innovation in our organization.

Why This Role Matters

This isn't a typical Chief of Staff position—it's an opportunity to shape the digital future of our organization. You'll develop executive-level skills while making a direct impact on revenue, customer experience, and organizational transformation. For the right person, this role offers unparalleled learning, growth, and the chance to build something meaningful.

  • Translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps, OKRs, and quarterly plans

  • Monitor progress against key initiatives and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies

  • Lead quarterly planning cycles and facilitate strategy review sessions

  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and resolve bottlenecks

  • Establish governance frameworks for digital initiatives

Executive Partnership & Development

  • Serve as trusted advisor and thought partner to the Heads of Engineering and Technology

  • Provide executive coaching support, including preparation for high-stakes presentations and stakeholder engagements

  • Facilitate reflection and learning, helping to identify blind spots and growth opportunities

  • Support leadership development through feedback, frameworks, and strategic perspective

  • Act as sounding board for complex decisions and organizational challenges

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Prepare executive briefings, board materials, and leadership presentations

  • Represent in meetings and forums as needed

  • Manage internal communications to ensure team alignment and transparency

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

  • Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights

Qualifications:

Required

  • 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or similar analytical roles

  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments

  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to drive results without direct authority

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation capabilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with comfort in both qualitative and quantitative analysis

  • Experience with technology platforms (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, etc.)

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, digital transformation, or technology-enabled services

  • Exposure to executive coaching, leadership development, or organizational psychology
