Keith Ace Hardware is seeking a part time Sales Associate to join our team!

Qualified candidates will need to be customer service driven and comfortable helping others. Experience in retail or home improvement is a plus, but not required.

Our team is focused on service. Realizing that our customers have choices in where they shop, we strive to create a comfortable and welcoming environment and our helpful Sales Associates are key to creating that atmosphere. This position is best suited for applicants that enjoy working with people and thrive on building relationships.

With convenient hours, this is a great position to maintain a healthy work/life balance. No late nights or graveyard shifts here! Advancement opportunities are available within our rapidly growing, independently owned organization.

Responsibilities will include:

• Providing a positive representation of Keith Ace Hardware
• Greeting guests and offering assistance
• Communicating on radio headsets to match customer needs with a knowledgeable Sales Associate
• Maintaining a friendly, helpful demeanor for both customers and other associates
• Possessing or working toward a strong product knowledge across multiple departments as well as familiarity with store layout and location of products
• Assisting customers throughout the store with personalized service based on the premise of amazing every customer, every time
• Assisting with receiving, checking in, and stocking of merchandise
• Assisting with maintaining inventory stock levels
• Assisting with daily maintenance, orderliness, and cleanliness of the store
• Other duties as assigned
