The Signia by Hilton La Cantera Resort and Spa is looking for their next part time Server Assistant at Signature Restaurant.

Nestled high above the rolling hills and live oaks of the Texas Hill Country, Signia by Hilton La Cantera offers a serene resort experience featuring over 140,000 sq. ft. of event space, a luxury spa, outdoor pools, a kid’s camp, and an 18-hole championship golf course. Guests can savor bold flavors across four restaurants and five bars, with convenient access to premier shopping, dining, Six Flags, and the San Antonio Airport.

***The ideal candidate brings a bright, team work oriented personality with at least (1) year of fine dining or restaurant experience and is excited to start their career at a Michelin rated fine dining restaurant.

Shift Pattern : Monday through Saturday: Evenings. Sundays: Mornings and Evenings

What will I be doing?

As a Server Assistant, you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.

• Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
• Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
