We are actively seeking a driven, dynamic, and motivated Insurance Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, mentor top-performing agents, and help grow our market presence throughout the state.

ResponsibilitiesHave you considered being your own boss and building your own business? This role offers not only leadership responsibilities within our existing agency model, but also a clear path to owning your own Farmers Insurance agency. You'll take charge of spearheading sales efforts, coaching agents, and helping clients protect their most important assets all while positioning yourself for long-term success and business ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Develop Sales Team: Build, train, and lead a team of licensed insurance agents, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Sales Strategy & Growth: Create and implement effective sales plans to drive new business, customer retention, and overall agency profitability.
- Mentoring & Training: Conduct ongoing coaching and development sessions to sharpen product knowledge and sales skills across the team.
- Performance Monitoring: Set individual and team goals, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide consistent feedback.
- Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay Current & Competitive: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to keep your team informed and adaptable.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of insurance sales or sales leadership experience.
Licensing: Active Texas insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health), or willingness to obtain.
Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire, coach, and manage a diverse team toward shared goals.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual a plus.
Customer Focus: Deep commitment to providing exceptional customer service and customized insurance solutions.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess sales data and adjust strategies for continued growth.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Interest in eventually owning and operating your own Farmers agency is strongly encouraged.
