Patient Care Coordinator

We are a family oriented practice looking for a dynamic, energetic, customer service focused individual to join our team. This position is responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, scheduling appointments, accurate data entry, tracking, chart noting, Insurance verification and, insurance filing. Must be strongly organized and with the ability to multitask.Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm.Qualified candidates must be a high school graduate, prefer Associates degree or two year's front office experience.Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.If you are looking to join a leader in the hearing industry and make a difference in people's life, please send a resume and cover letter.
